Rockport Landscape is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to lead our installation teams across Cape Ann. You'll oversee hardscape and softscape projects, manage crew safety and productivity, and ensure exceptional quality for our residential and commercial clients.

• 3+ years of landscaping experience with proven leadership
• Ability to read blueprints and execute design plans
• Valid MA driver's license and clean driving record
• Physical fitness for outdoor work in all weather

• Strong communication and team management skills
• Experience with hardscape installation (patios, walkways, walls)
• Knowledge of native plants and Cape Ann growing conditions
• Reliable transportation to Rockport job sites
