We're looking for a skilled Machine Operator to run excavators, skid steers, and loaders for our Gloucester and Cape Ann projects. You'll support site prep, grading, material handling, and demolition—ensuring safe, efficient equipment operation.

• 2+ years operating excavators, skid steers, or loaders
• Valid MA driver's license, CDL preferred
• Safety-first mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work in varied terrain and weather

• Experience with landscaping and construction equipment
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
